James Ralph Caudill age 88 of Galax, Va. passed away Wednesday, May 9, 2007 at Beverly Blue Ridge Healthcare. Mr. Caudill was born in Grayson County, Va. on May 28, 1918 to the late James Sanford & Fannie Osborne Caudle. He is survived by his wife Jeanette Caudill of Galax, Va.; daughter Dorothy (Dot) Caudill Collins of Dobson, N.C.; sister Emma V. Anders of Galax, Va.; brothers & sister-in-law Leo & Lillie Bell Caudell of Galax, Va.; Santford S. (Dan) Caudle of Fallston, Md.; several nieces & nephews. A graveside service will be held Friday, May 11, 2007 at 2:00 PM in Monta Vista Cemetery with Rev. Rodney Christman officiating. There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
