Jackson Lee (Jack) Felts age 68 of Galax, Virginia passed away Friday, May 14, 2010 in Forsyth Medical Center.
Jack was born on January 26, 1942 in Pulaski County, Virginia to Velpo Virgil and Nancy Porter Felts.
He is survived by his wife Gloria Hall Felts of Galax, Va.; daughters Jacquline Felts Mabe of Tallahassee, Florida; Cristal Felts Vaught of Galax, Va.; son & daughter-in-law Jacob Jackson and Jessica Felts of Galax, Va; step-son & wife Todd & Melissa Campbell of Woodlawn, Va.; brothers and sisters-in-law Richard & Kathy Felts of Galax, Va.; Tom & Jill Felts of Charlotte, N.C.; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two nieces and three nephew.
The funeral service will be held Monday, May 17, 2010 at 11:00 am in Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with Rev. Ernie Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Oakland Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday from seven until nine pm at Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
