Jackson Ray Hendricks age 81 of Fries, Va. passed away Monday,February 12, 2007 in Twin County Regional Hospital. He was born in Lynchburg, Va. on August 6, 1925 to the late Harvey George & Sheila Jane Jones Hendricks. He is survived by his wife Betty Jo Hendricks of Fries, Va.; daughters & son-in-law Amy Leigh & Alfred Bond of Fries, Va.; Dorothy Rebecca Hampton of Independence, Va.; son George Boyd Hendricks of Silverdale, Washington; sisters Lou Vaughan & Ada Johnson of Fries, Va.; twelve grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; several nieces & nephews. He was preceded in death by a daughter Ruby Jane Johnson. A graveside service will be held Wednesday, February 14, 2007 at 1:00 PM in the Carico Memorial Cemetery. There will be no visitation at the fuenral home.
