Jack Dempsey Rector's Obituary
Jack Dempsey Rector age 81 of Galax, Virginia passed away Wednesday, January 28, 2009 at Twin County Regional Hospital. Mr. Rector ws born is Surry County, North Carolina on September 16, 1927 to Guy F. & Bessie Carrico Rector. He is survived by his wife Betty Rector of Galax, Va.; sons Todd Rector & Gregory Rector both of Galax, Va. and Rodney Rector of Tennessee; brother & sister-in-law Banks & Ruth Rector of California;brother-in-law & wife: Sonny & Cindy Todd of Morgantown, West Virignia and Florida. Several nieces & nephews also survive. There is no visitation at the funeral home.
