Iva Frost Edwards began her earthly life by the will of God and unto Him she has returned. She passed away peacefully on Monday, March 2, 2009 at Richfield Recovery and Care Center in Salem, Va.. She was born on May 12,1906 to the late Wilburn T. and Norah Alderman Lineberry in Carroll County, Va.. She was preceded in death by her husband of thirty-eight years, Graham J. Frost and later her husband Early E. Edwards. She is survived by her daughter & son-in-law Ruby Ann & Dr. Andrew Farrar of Salem, Va.; one brother John C. Lineberry of Baltimore, Maryland; one sister-in-law Elizabeth Lineberry of Blue Springs, Missouri; granddaughter & husband Elizabeth & Mykl Egan of Richmond, Va.; great-granddaughter Alison Egan of Richmond, Va.; step-daughters & husbands, Sue & Y.B. Hall; Dean & Charlie Nixon all of Woodlawn, Va.; step-sons & wives Billy & Joella Edwards; Frank & Leila Edwards all of Galax, Va.; five step-grandchildren; several step-great-grandchildren; several nieces & nephews. A graveside service will be held Friday, March 6,2009 at 1:00 pm in Felts Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday from 11:00 until 12:30 pm at Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
