Iva Lee Wilson Black age 76 of Kernersville, North Carolina passed away Monday, September 13, 2021 in the Kernersville Medical Center in Kernersville, North Carolina.

Mrs. Black was born in Grayson County, Virginia on January 11, 1945 to Robert Lee and Addie Ivan Burnette Wilson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Roger Black and two sons Jason David Hudson and Jeffery Wayne Hudson.

She is survived by her sisters and brother-in-law Shirley Shumate of Galax, Virginia; Colene Hudson of Ennice, North Carolina; Mary and Thomas Weatherford of Big Island, Virginia; several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held Sunday at 2:00 PM in the Glade Creek Union Baptist Cemetery with Pastor Rodney Christman officiating. There will be no visitation at the funeral home. Mask and social distancing will be required at the graveside service.
