Irma "Peg" Josephine Brown's Obituary
Irma "Peg" Todd Brown age 86 of Galax, Virginia passed away Wednesday, February 9, 2011 in the Grayson Nursing and Rehab Center.
Mrs. Brown was born on May 14, 1924 in Gary, West Virginia to William Glen and Ora Ella Doby Todd. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband William Brown.
She is survived by several nieces and nephews and several special friends.
The funeral service will be held Saturday, February 12, 2011 at 2:00 PM in the Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with Rev. Jeff Bedwell officiating. Burial will follow in the Monta Vista Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday from 1:00 PM until service time at Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home. Flowers will be appreciated or donations may be made to the Galax Foundation For Excellence In Education.
