Irene Myrtle Lineberry age 85 of Galax, Va. passed away Sunday, March 8,2009 at Waddell Nursing Home. She was born in Carroll County, Va. on March 27, 1923 to Allen McKinley & Myrtle Elizabeth Taylor Lineberry. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Robert Lincoln Snow. She is survived by her sisters Audene Isom and Wilma Thomas both of Galax, Va.; several nieces & nephews. A graveside service will be held Tuesday, March 10, 2009 at 2:00 pm in Bethany United Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. Ted Bartlett and Rev. James Walker officiating. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 12:30 until 1:30 pm at Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
