Inez Louise Roberts age 69 of Galax, Virginia passed away Sunday, February 2, 2014 in the Twin County Regional Hospital.

Inez was born on March 7, 1944 in Michigan to James Arthur and Thelma Inez Foster Eden. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband James Billy Roberts.

She is survived by her children and spouses Sherry and Buddy Vaughan; Valinda Hawks; Wayne and Debbie Denton; Jo Denton; Lynn Denton; Tony and Cindy Denton; Lee and Cindy Denton; Michelle Coffin all of Galax, Virginia; Bill and Stephanie Denton of Winston-Salem, North Carolina; sisters and brother-in-law Peggy Heady of Hopkinsville, Kentucky; Judy and James Todd of Madisonville, Kentucky; brothers and sisters-in-law Mark and Judy Eden; Dana and Teresa Eden all of Madisonville, Kentucky; twenty-four grandchildren; twenty-seven great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held Wednesday, February 5, 2014 at 2:00 PM in the Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with the Rev. Myron Dalton and the Rev. Jimmy Young officiating. Burial will follow in the Monta Vista Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from six until eight the Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
