Ida Nester Eastridge age 87 of Austinville, Virginia passed away Tuesday, June 27, 2023 in the Twin County Regional Hospital.

Mrs. Eastridge was born in Carroll County, Virginia on April 13, 1936 to Alvie and Hopie Alley Nester. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Paul Eastridge.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Kathy and Ronnie Lineberry of Hillsville, Virginia; brothers and sister-in-law Arnold Elmo Nester; Arnie Nester; Olen G. Nester all of Hillsville, Virginia; Arlie and Prue Nester of High Point, North Carolina; two granddaughters Heather Lineberry and Samantha Lineberry; several nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held Saturday at 2:00 PM in the Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with Pastor Russell Payne and Pastor Wayburn Mosley officiating. Burial will follow in the Pickett Cemetery. There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
