Icyonna Nicole Wright, age 17, passed away Wednesday, July 6, 2022.  Icyonna was born January 2, 2005 in Galax, Virginia to Jason Wayne Wright and Crystal Ruth Kitner Wright.

She is survived by her parents Jason and Crystal; two brothers Noah and Hunter  of the home;  Paternal grandparents Cathy and Dean Farmer of Fancy Gap; Darrell Wright of Hillsville; great grandmother Shirley Burcham of Fancy Gap; Maternal grandparents Patricia and Randall Sutherland of Fries; Bill Kitner and Shelby Hollinger of independence.  Also surviving are aunts and uncles William Wright and Sandy, Douglas Wright all of Hillsville; Billy Kitner, Jr.; Hope Hash both of Fries; adopted aunt and uncle Sadenia and John Zukoski; several cousins, the Grayson County High School Senior Class of 2023 and too many friends to mention.

The funeral service will be held Sunday, July 10, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Grayson County High School with Pastor Matt Linkous and Associate Pastors Chris Smith and Alan Graham officiating.  Interment will follow in the Jerusalem United Methodist Church Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at Grayson County High School from 11:00 AM until service time.
