Hilda Kay Hodges age 70 of Galax, Virginia passed away Friday May 26, 2023, in the Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson, North Carolina.

Hilda was born in Galax, Virginia on July 2, 1952 to Melvin G. and Orene Stockner Hodges.

She is survived by her fiancé Nelson Hall of Galax, Virginia; sister and brother-in-law Nancy H. and Jim Sells of Martinsville, Virginia; brother and sister-in-law Johnny and Lisa V. Hodges of Greensboro, North Carolina; several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held Tuesday at 2:00 PM in the Oakland Cemetery with Dr. Kevin Rosenfeld officiating. There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
