Hessie Mae Lineberry age 64 of Walnut Cove, N.C. and formerly of Galax, Va. passed away Monday December 18, 2006 in the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. She was born in Carroll County, Va. on June 22, 1942 to the late Zell & Hessie Bell Absher Frost. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a son Donnie Summers. At the time of her death she was survived by her husband Bobby Dean Lineberry who passed away shortly thereafter. She is survived by her children Debbie Reynolds of Winston-Salem, N.C.; Karen Warf-Williams of Galax, Va.; Jimmy & Barbara Lineberry; Roger & Lucy Lineberry; Mark & Diane Lineberry all of Galax, Va.; sisters & brother-in-law Gaye & Dwight Jones of Low Gap, N.C.; Iretta Littleton of Galax, Va.; Helen Winton of Houston, Texas; brother & sister-in-law R.C. & Rita Brewer of Michigan; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; several nieces & nephews. The funeral service will be held Thursday December 21, 2006 at 11:00 AM in Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with Rev. Randy Roberts officiating. Burial will follow in Bishops Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from six until eight at Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
