Helen Roberta Anderson Williams age 62 of Mt. Airy, North Carolina passed away Wednesday, December 11, 2013 at her home.

Helen was born in Carroll County, Virginia on October 17, 1951 to Andy and Sue Gillespie Anderson. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother Donald Floyd Anderson.

She is survived by her husband Charles Grady Williams of Mt. Airy, North Carolina; daughter and son-in-law Mandy and Mike Bowers of Mooresville, North Carolina; son Kevin Charles Williams of South Mills, North Carolina; grandchildren Eyan Bowers and Emma Bowers; sister and brother-in-law Estelle and Joe Wilkey of Chesapeake, Virginia; brother and sister-in-law Bill and Ann Anderson of Mt. Airy, North Carolina; several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held Saturday, December 14, 2013 at 3:00 PM in the Oakland United Methodist Church with Scotty Bullins and Doug Robbins officiating Burial will follow in the Oakland Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday from 2:00 PM until time for the funeral service at the Oakland United Methodist Church. Flowers will be appreciated or donations may be made to the Mt.
