Helen P. Kibbey age 64 of Galax, Va. passed away Sunday, February 17, 2008 at her home. Mrs. Kibbey was born in West Virginia on May 14, 1943 to Dave H. & Matilda Higgonbotham Adams. She is survived by her husband Delmer Kibbey of Galax, Va. and sister Gladys Keene of Hillsville, Va.. The funeral service will be held Wednesday, February 20, 2008 at 1:00 PM at Galax Pentecostal Holiness Church with Rev. Ron Fredericks officiating. Burial will follow in Felts Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from six until eight at Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
