Hazle Bernice Smith, age 79, Galax, VA. died Saturday, October 31, 2015 at the Twin County Regional Hospital, Galax, VA.
Mrs. Smith was born Nov. 26, 1935 in Grayson County, VA to Clayton Johnnie and Margie Elsie Bryant Bobbitt.
She is survived by her husband, Homer Smith, Galax, VA; sisters & brother-in-law, Audrey & Dennis Carico, Galax, VA, Glenda Bobbitt, Fancy Gap, VA; several nieces & nephews and great-nieces & nephews, also, survive.
A graveside service & burial will be held Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2015 in the Meadow Creek Cemetery at 11:00 AM. Officiating will be Elder Pete Hawks. There will be no visitation.
