Hazel Marie Prevette's Obituary
Hazel Marie Prevette, 94, of Galax, Virginia passed away Sunday, May 28, 2017 at the Galax Nursing and Rehab. She was born May 8 1923 in Galax, Virginia to George Washington Brown and Ida Mae Kenny Brown. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Fred Prevette.
She is survived by her son Fred J. Prevette of Galax; grandson Steven Shane Prevette. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
The funeral service will be held Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at 1:00 PM in the Vaughan-Guynn Chapel. Burial will follow in the Monta Vista Cemetery, Galax, Virginia. The family will receive friends from 12 Noon until time for the service.
She is survived by her son Fred J. Prevette of Galax; grandson Steven Shane Prevette. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
