Hazel Ruth Keyes' Obituary
Hazel Ruth Keyes age 63 of Galax, Virginia passed away Wednesday, March 16, 2016 in the Blue Ridge Health and Rehab Center.
Miss Keyes was born on July 5,1952 in Galax, Virginia to William E. Keyes, Jr. and Ruth Leath Keyes. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her brother Robert Kenneth Keyes and step-father Lloyd Green.
She is survived by an aunt and uncle Mary Leath and Joe J. Vaughan of Fries, Virginia; cousins Rhonda James, Randall Vaughan, Richard Vaughan, Rheda Wilson and Mary Jane Tucker.
The funeral service will be held Sunday, March 20,2016 at 3:00 PM in the Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with the Rev. Bill Linkous and Pastor Jeff Wilson officiating. Burial will follow in the Felts Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday from 2:00 PM until time for the funeral service at the Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
