Guy Franklin "Frank" Higgins' Obituary
Guy Franklin "Frank" Higgins age 76 of Galax, Virginia passed away Saturday, April 30, 2016 in the Waddell Nursing Home.
Mr. Higgins was born in Carroll County, Virginia on April 3,1940 to Emmett and Maxine Amburn Higgins. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Judith Ann Bowers Higgins.
He is survived by his daughter and her wife Teresa Diane and Monica Higgins of Folsom, California; son and his fiance' Gary Higgins and Kim Warren of Moorehead City, North Carolina; grandson Gary Higgins; brother Joe Higgins of Galax, Virginia; several nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held Thursday, May 5, 2016 at 2:00 PM in the Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with the Rev. Randy J. Key officiating. Burial will follow in the Blue Ridge Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday from 1:00 PM until time for the funeral service at the Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
