Gregory Randall Hampton age 61 of Galax, Virginia passed away Friday, October 10, 2025 at his home.

Greg was born on November 30, 1963 in Queens, New York to Jerry Randall and Ruth Evelyn Roberts Hampton.

He is survived by his daughters and son-in-law Hayley Hampton Washington (Aaron) of Roanoke, Virginia; Madisyn Michelle Hampton; son Ryan Randall Hampton both of Florida; grandson Noah Washington; sister and brother-in-law Vickie Lineberry and Rickie of Galax, Virginia.

A Memorial Service will be held Thursday at 2:00 PM in the Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with the Rev. Mike Morris officiating. The family will receive friends Thursday from 1:00 PM until time for the service at the Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers the family respectfully request donations be made to the P. U. S. H. Ministries, 117 North Main Street, Galax, Virginia 24333.
