Rev. Gray Burcham age 69 of Galax, Virginia passed away Wednesday, May 26, 2010 at his home.
Rev. Burcham was born on September 14, 1940 in Carroll County, Virginia to Eli Henry and Dora Eva Bryant Burcham.
He is survived by his wife Paula Jeanette Stoneman Burcham of Galax, Va.; daughters & son-in-law Patricia Ann Edwards of Charlotte, N.C.; Lisa Jeanette & Barry Waller of Galax, Va.; sons & daughters-in-law Nathan Gray & Sue Burcham of Cana; Lloyd & Jackie Burcham of Galax, Va.; sisters & brothers-in-law Barbara Jean & Jim Harmon of Galax, Va.; Linda Mae & Edward Felts of Winston-Salem, N.C.; brother & sister-in-law Bobby Ray & Geneva Burcham of Galax, Va.; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; two step-great-grandchildren.
The funeral service will be held Saturday, May 29, 2010 at 3:00 pm in Blue Ridge Chapel Church with Rev. Bob Adams, Pastor Rodney Christman and Rev. Billy Savage officiating. Burial will follow in Oakland Cemetery. The body will lie-in-state one hour prior the funeral service. The family will receive friends Friday from 7:00 until 9:00 pm at Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
