Goldie Beatrice Sizemore age 93 of Galax, Va. passed away Wednesday, March 7, 2007 in Twin County Regional Hospital. Mrs. Sizemore was born in Carroll County, Va. on September 4, 1913 to the late Monroe & Ida Jane Taylor Lineberry. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband Rodney Melton and her second husband Simon Sizemore. She is survived by two step-daughters and their spouses Linda & Jimmy Litz; Judy & John Diamond all of Galax, Va.; three step-grandchildren. A graveside service will be held Saturday, March 10, 2007 at 4:30 PM in Monta Vista Cemetery with Rev. Camet Spivey officiating. The family will receive friends Saturday afternoon from 3:00 until 4:00 at Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
