Goldie Fields Crowder, age 89, passed away Monday, July 25, 2016 in the Woltz Hospice Home, Dobson, North Carolina. Goldie was born August 2, 1926 in Pulaski, Virginia to Zephran Crowder and Mary Tipton Crowder
She is survived by her sister, Lucy Newman of Pulaski, Virginia and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held Thursday, July 28, 2016 at 11:00 o'clock in the Galax City Cemetery, with Rev. Richard Gregory officiating.
There will be no visitation at the funeral home
