Born 11/3/40 Granite City IL

An amazing woman who always gave more than she took.  Managed to raise 5 children, multiple grandchildren and fostered countless more.  On little budget she supported several charities.  She touched many lives and had a heart of gold, she will be sorely missed.

Preceded in death by her true love and husband Glenn Preston Boyd, brother's Floyd, Gary and Paul Wilson and sister Delores Miller.

Survived by sister Yvonne Andrews, Saucier MS, Janice Grayling Posey IL, Laura Wilson Greenville IL, Lynn and Harold Yennie of Denham Springs, LA, Son Jason and Kerry Farris Cana VA, Daughters Deborah Moran of MS, Patricia Fuzy of Galax VA, Rebecca Davis of Galax VA, Crystal and Terry Eldridge of AL, 10 Grandchildren and 14 Great-Grandchildren

A Celebration of Life Memorial will be held at Calvary Baptist Church Galax VA, Saturday June 16th at 4pm with Rev. James Billings officiating. There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
