Glendon Deuane Lineberry age 72 of Fries, Virginia passed away Friday, January 7, 2011 in the Twin County Regional Hospital.

Mr. Lineberry was born on July 6, 1938 in Grayson County, Virginia to Herman and Nora Ayers Lineberry.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a daughter Teresa Felts.

He is survived by his wife Patsy Lineberry of Fries, Virginia; daughters and son-in-law
Linda J. and Jeffrey Hampton of Independence, Virginia; Elisha Spurlin of Fries, Virginia; son Anthony Lineberry of Fries, Virginia; granddaughter Tiffney Hosey; grandsons Richard Ray Hosey and Timothy Felts; brothers and sisters-in-law Jimmy and Shelby Lineberry; James Allen and Barbara Lineberry all of Fries, Virginia; several nieces and nephews; special neighbors Terry and Susan Gleason; many, many special friends.

A memorial service will be held Tuesday, January 11, 2011 at 2:00 PM in the Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with Rev. Tim Smith officiating. Military Rites will be conducted by Hillsville VFW Post 1115.

There will be no visitation at the funeral home; however friends may call anytime at the home on 1251 Taylors Chapel Road. In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to either the family or to the First Citizens Bank Glendon and Patsy Lineberry account.
