Gary was born in Galax, Virginia on February 23, 1961 to Roy Malcolm and Agnes Kate Parks Fielder.
He is survived by his wife Shelley Renee Fielder of Woodlawn, Virginia; sister Deanna Fielder; brother Ricky Fielder of Galax, Virginia; father-in-law and mother-in-law David and Cindy Elliott.
