Gary Olen Crowder age 49 of Galax, Va. passed away Tuesday, July 15,2008 in Forsyth Medical Center. Gary was born in Grayson County, Va. on December 17, 1958 to Olen & Magdalene Vaughan Crowder. In addition to his mother of Galax, Va. he is survived by a son Joshua Crowder of Galax, Va.; sister & brother-in-law Diana & George Joyce of Galax, Va.; two nieces & one nephew. A graveside service will be held Thursday, July 17, 2008 at 2:00 pm in Monta Vista Cemetery with Rev. Rick Watson & Rev. Robert McLean officiating. There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
