Fredia Dorcas Fields Wright age 100 of Galax, Virginia passed away Wednesday, May 20, 2020 in the Waddell Nursing and Rehab Center.

Mrs. Wright was born on March 25, 1920 in Galax, Virginia to Connie Lee and Elbina Reeves Fields. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Munsey Holroyd Wright.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Mary Lou and David Wright of Charlotte, North Carolina; son Roy Lee Wright of Alexandria, Virginia; two grandchildren Stephanie Southwood Wright of Charlotte, North Carolina; Angela Leigh Wright of Alexandria, Virginia; one great-grandson Jacob Clark.

Visitation will start at 2:00 PM Sunday in the Summerfield United Methodist Church Cemetery.
