Frederick Thomas Snell, Jr. known as Fred Snell, Jr. age 51 of Galax, Va. passed away Sunday December 24, 2006 at his home. He was born on April 6, 1955 in New York, New York to Frederick Thomas Snell & Helen Jean Cuoghi. He is survived by his father Fred T. Snell Sr. of Galax, Va; sisters Donna Cruger & Susan Gurge of New York; brothers Barry Snell & David Snell of New York; Robert Snell of Galax, Va.; several aunts, uncles, nieces & nephews. A graveside service will be held on Thursday Janaury 4, 2007 at 11:00 AM in Fairview Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Sam Holder officiating. There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
