Fred Kyle, Sr. age 90 of Baltimore, Maryland passed away Sunday, August 13, 2006 at Mercy Hospital in Baltimore. He was born in Grayson County, Va. on May 9, 1916 to the late Conley and Daisy Kyle Maxwell. He is survived by his wife, Rose Bryan Kyle of Baltimore, Maryland; son, Walter Fred Kyle, Jr. of San Jose, California; three grandchildren, Rhonda Thomas, Karen Kyle and Kya Kyle; three sisters and a brother-in-law, Ella Davis, Ann & Clarence Young and Clara Blair all of Galax, Va; two brothers, Charles Kyle of Galax, Va. and Al Maxwell of Detroit, Michigan. The funeral service will be held Saturday at 2:00 PM in Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with burial to follow in the Oldtown Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday evening from seven until nine at Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home. The family will be at the home of Ann & Clarence Young, 190 Mockingbird Lane, Galax, Va.
