Frances Lucille Frost age 79 of Galax, Va. passed away Friday, May 4, 2007 in Watauga Medical Center. Mrs. Frost was born on July 23, 1927 in Galax, Va. to Roscoe & Dorothy Cool Osborne. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Dempsey E. Frost. She is survived by her daughter & son-in-law Nancy J. & Steve Sciara of Blowing Rock, N.C.; sisters Virginis Edwards & Mary Burcham both of Pulaski, Va.; brothers Charles Osborne of Pulaski, Va.; Robert Osborne of Union Town, Ohio; Zack Osborne of Georgia and John Osborne of Winston-Salem, N.C.; three grandchildren; several nieces & nephews. The funeral service will be held Tuesday, May 8, 2007 at 3:00 PM in Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with Rev. Rhonda Gailes officiating. Burial will follow in the Osborne Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday afternoon from one until three at Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
