Forrest Duane Chaffman age 60 of Hillsville, Virginia passed away Tuesday, January 5, 2016 at his home.
Forrest Duane was born on March 8, 1955 in Galax, Virginia to Jimmy Treadway and Margurite Allison Chaffman.
He is survived by his daughter Tammy White; son Joseph Scott Chaffman; beloved maternal grandmother Pauline Allison all of Galax, Virginia; sisters and brothers-in-law Arrisha and Timmy Oakley of Galax, Virginia; Tina and Stacy Redd of Woodlawn, Virginia; two grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
