Fay Estell Luper's Obituary
Fay Estell Leagan Luper age 82 of Fries, Virginia went to be with her Lord on Tuesday, September 3, 2013 at the home of her daughter.
Mrs. Luper was born on June 16, 1931 in Wythe County, Virginia to William Glenn and Ruby Irene Brammer Leagan. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Edgar Scott Luper.
She is survived by her daughter Martha Fay Luper; sons and daughter-in-law Timothy Scott Luper; Jonathan and Karen Davis Luper all of Fries, Virginia; grandchildren Patrick Christopher Luper and Molly Kay Luper; honorary grandson Thomas William Lobdell; half-brother and his wife J.R. and Shirley Leagan of Austinville, Virginia; several nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held Saturday, September 7, 2013 at 11:00 AM in the Providence United Methodist Church with Thomas William Lobdell officiating. The body will lie-in-state one hour prior the funeral service. Burial will follow in the Providence Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday evening from six until eight at the Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
