Everette Jeffery Leagans, age 61, of Galax, Virginia passed away Friday August 2, 2019 in Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Everette was born April 28, 1958 in Grayson County, Virginia to the late Elbert and Mildred Fitzgerald Leagans.

He is survived by his brother and spouse Charles and Ruby Leagans of Galax, Virginia and several nieces and nephews.

The graveside service will be held Monday August 5, 2019 at 2:00 PM in Liberty Hill Cemetery with Rev. Marc Bewley officiating. The family will receive friends Sunday August 4, 2019 at Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
