Everett Earl Johnson age 61 of Fries, Virginia passed away Thursday, September 23, 2021 in the Forsyth Medical Center.

Earl was born in Roanoke Virginia on October 22, 1959 to Everett Lee and Stella Poole Johnson.

He is survived by a daughter and son-in-law Tori and Justin Hines of Galax, Virginia; two grandchildren Dakota Hash and Syler Vaughan; two step-grandsons James Hines and Emory Hines; brother and sister-in-law Gerald and Kathy Johnson of Fries, Virginia.

The funeral service will be held Monday at 2:00 PM in the Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with the Rev. Barry Newman officiating. Burial will follow in the Summerfield Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday evening from six until eight at the Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
