Everett Claston Stanley, Jr. better known as "Jug" of Fries, Virginia passed away Saturday, July 18, 2020 in the Lewis Gale Hospital in Blacksburg, Virginia.

Jug was born in Wytheville, Virginia on March 28, 1953 to Everett Claston and Mildred Goodson Stanley.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife Patricia (Pat) Stanley of Fries Virginia; sons and daughters-in-law Matthew Ryan and Jacklyn Stanley of Hillsville, Virginia; Jacob Allen and Autumn Stanley of Sylvatus, Virginia; four grandchildren Luci Stanley of Hillsville, Virginia; Dakota Dalton, Harley Stanley and Ryan Stanley all of Sylvatus, Virginia.
