Euna Lee Chipman's Obituary
Euna Lee Chipman age 95 of Galax, Va. passed away Thursday evening at her home.
Mrs. Chipman was born in Grayson County, Virginia on September 8, 1915 to Luther and Lona Jennings Bedsaul. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Robert S. Chipman.
She is survived by her sons and daughter-in-law Roger & Mary Chipman of Mooresboro, N.C.; James A. Chipman of Galax, Va.; grandchildren Nelson Chipman; Laconna Moretz, Amamda Anders and Ashley Chipman; five great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held Sunday, September 26, 2010 at 3:00 PM at Mt. Vale United Methodist Church wirh Rev. Jeff Callahan and Rev. Hugh Kilgore officiating. Burial will follow in Galax City Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday from 2:00 pm until service time at Mt. Vale United Methodist Church.
