Eula Lee Frazier, 68, of Sparta, North Carolina passed away at her home on Thursday, June 22, 2023. Eula Lee was born in Galax, Virginia on May 13, 1955 to the late Riley Eugene and Verna Mae Snow Frazier.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Christina Carrico, and brother Joseph Moxley Frazier.

She is survived by two daughters and son-in-law: Melinda and Buddy Billings of Sparta, North Carolina; Kylene Rivera of Hampstead, North Carolina; son and daughter-in-law: Jesus and Laurie Rivera of Mt. Airy, North Carolina; sisters and brother-in-law: Ruth Walls and Nancy Frazier, both of Erwin, Tennessee; Dorothy Bourne of Independence, Virginia; Rose and Johnny Duncan of Woodlawn Virginia; Linda Spencer of Galax, Virginia ; brother and sister-in-law Bobby and Debbie Frazier, Galax, Virginia; eleven (11) grandchildren; Seven (7) great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held Monday, June 26, 2023 at 2:00  PM in the Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with Pastors Ernie Smith and Michael Smith officiating.  Burial will follow in the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, Independence, Virginia.  The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until service time at the funeral home.
