Ethel Amburn Lowe, age 90, Galax, VA died at Forsyth Memorial Hospital, Winston Salem, NC, Friday, April 21, 2017.
Mrs. Lowe was born in Carroll County, VA, April 26, 1926, to the late Charlie & Annie Haynes Amburn.
She is survived by her husband, Warren C. Lowe, Galax, VA and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at 12:00 Noon at the Fairview Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Oakland Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday at the church from 11:00 AM until time for the funeral service. Officiating minister will be the Rev. Sam Holder.
