Esther Lee Young age 66 of Galax, Va. passed away Saturday, November 10, 2007 at her home. Mrs. Young was born on April 5, 1941 in Virginia to Mr. & Mrs. Walter Jones. She is survived by her husband Ronald Dale Young of Galax, Va.; daughters & son-in-law Bonnie Mayes;& Clara Caudell both of Galax, Va; Patricia Nixon of Christiansburg, Va.; Barbara & Scottie Brown of Carroll County, Va.; sons & daughter-in-law Jimmy Blackburn; Michael & Robin Blackburn all of Grayson County, Va.; sisters & brothers-in-law Betty Jo & Kyle Mabe of Fries, Va.;
Shirley & Troy Delp of Grayson County, Va.; Carol Roberts; Judy & Robin Love all of Galax, Va.; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; several nieces & nephews. The funeral service will be held Tuesday at 1:00 pm in Coal Creek Community Church with Rev. Gary Wilson officiating. Burial will follow in Felts Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday evening from six until eight at Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
