Elsie Jenece Gravley age 79 of Fries, Virginia passed away Thursday December 2, 2021 in the Grayson Nursing and Rehab Center.

Mrs. Gravley was born in Galax, Virginia on May 8, 1942 to El bert and Thelma Hill Widner. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Douglas Lee Gravley; son Terry Gravley; grandson Christian Gravley and a sister Norma Jean Carlan.

She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law Logena and Ronald Worrell of Galax, Virginia; sons and daughters-in-law Bo Bo & Linus Gravley; Toby and Dreama Gravley all of Fries, Virginia; sisters and brothers-in-law Brenda and Roger Bond of Fries, Virginia; Anita and J.D. Collins of Ivanhoe, Virginia; ten grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held Saturday at 2:00 PM in the Fries Pentecostal Holiness Church with the Rev. Roger Collins and the Rev. Greg Carico officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday evening from six until eight at the Fries Pentecostal Holiness Church.
