Ella Dolores Barker age 71 of Galax, Va. passed away Thursday in Twin County Regional Hospital. She was born in Galax, Va. on March 2, 1935 to Horton Albert Hall, Sr. & Ella Carrico Hall. In addition to her mother she is survived by her husband Kyle Barker of Galax, Va.; daughter Kylene Barker of Naples, Florida; son Rennie Barker of Galax, Va.; sister & brother-in-law Patricia & Mike Stephenson of Midlothian, Va.; brothers & sisters-in-law Theron & Barbara Hall of Pelham, N.C.; H.A. & Barbara Hall of Powhatan, Va.; and several nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be held Saturday November 25, 2006 at 2:00 PM in Blue Ridge Missionary Baptist Church with Lawrence Warden, Carroll Lineberry and Rev. Neil Eidson officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday evening from seven until nine at the funeral home.
