Elizabeth Ann Rector Myers age 70 of Woodlawn, Virginia passed away Sunday, November 4, 2018 in the Forsyth Medical Center.

Elizabeth was born in Galax, Virginia on February 12, 1948 to Norman E. and Imogene Bunn Rector.

She is survived by her husband Gene Paul Myers of Woodlawn, Virginia; daughters and sons-in-law Norma and Scott Melton of Hillsville, Virginia; Melissa Ann   and Daniel Edwards of Siloam, North Carolina; son and daughter-in-law Richard and Pam Myers of Hillsville, Virginia; four grandchildren Andrea Kleinke; Sarah Edwards; Adam Edwards and Travis Myers; two great-grandchildren Eres Amore Kleinke-Martin; Braelyn Shelton; sister Patsy Brown of Galax, Virginia; brother Donald Rector of Galax, Virginia; several nieces and nephews

A graveside service will be held Wednesday, November .7, 2018 at 11:00 AM in the Felts Memorial Cemetery with Travis Myers officiating.   There will no visitation at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers the family respectfully request donations be made to the American Diabetes Association, 1701 North Beauregard Street, P.O. Box 11454, Alexandria, Virginia 22311.
