Elizabeth Ann Lane's Obituary
Elizabeth Ann Lane, age 54, of Fries, VA, passed away Friday, July 2, 2010 in the Twin County Regional Hospital.
Elizabeth was born in Galax, Va. July 8, 1955 to Samuel Floyd and Ollie Mae King Bise. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two sisters Pauline Patton and Shelba Jean Widner.
She is survived by son, James Bradley Bowers, Galax, VA; daughter, Tracy Lynn Lane, Fries, VA; sisters & brothers-in-law, Kathleen & Richard Boyd, Clemmons, NC, Aliene Turney, Martinsville, VA, Mary Bond, Woodlawn, VA, Margaret & George Vance, Evelyn & Vivian Shupe, Linda Faulkner all of Fries, VA, Rita Hines, Lenoir, NC and a brother-in-law, Wayne Bond of Fries. Also surviving are several nieces & nephews.
A graveside service will be held at the Monta Vista Cemetery Monday, July 5, 2010 at 2:00 PM with Rev. Charles Smythers, Rev. Bill Shupe and Pastor Lee Houston officiating. The family will receive friends at the Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home Monday from 12:30 until 1:30 pm.
