Elbert Elwood Edwards age 63 of Galax, Virginia  passed away Tuesday February 18, 2025 at his home.

Elbert was born on December 7, 1961 in Hillsville, Virginia to William Elbert and Linda Faye Hill Edwards. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother David Franklin Edwards.

He is survived by his daughters and sons-in-law Tonia and Randall Sigman of Waterloo, Illinois; Kristin and Peace Barham of Draper, Virginia; sister and brother-in-law Anta Faye and Billy Newman of Monument, Oregon; nine grandchildren Colton Parrish; Kamdin Myers; Ryleigh Myers; Ansleigh Sigman; Willow Barham; Blakely Barham; Arianna Barham; Caleb Barham and Skylier Sigman; several aunts, uncles and cousins.

The family will receive friends Monday from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at the Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home. There will be no services for Elbert at this time.
