Eddie Ray Bowman age 60 of Galax, Virginia passed away Sunday October 9, 2022 at his home.

Eddie was born on August 31, 1962 in Winston-Salem, North Carolina to Everett and Betty Newman Bowman. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son Kevin Bowman.

He is survived by a daughter Christi (Nicki) Brown of Winston-Salem, North Carolina; sister and brother-in-law Angie and Allen Waller of Hillsville, Virginia; brothers and sister-in-law Dean Bowman; Richard and Adrieanna Bowman all of Fancy Gap, Virginia; four grandchildren Gabriel Bowman; Madelyn Bartley; Taylen Davis and Melekh Davis; several nieces and nephews.

Eddie's body will be cremated and there will be no services at this time.
