Earl Lee Morgan, age 80, of Galax, Virginia passed away Saturday March 23, 2019 at his home.

Mr. Morgan was born in East Prairie, Missouri on February 23, 1939 to the late Eugene Morgan and Ruby Morgan Schneider.

Earl worked as Senior Vice President of merchandise at Vaughan Bassett Furniture for 36 years. He was an avid golfer and loved his family very much.

He is survived by his wife Dee Morgan; son and daughter-in-law Doug and Stacey Morgan; grandchildren Skylar Morgan and Coleman Morgan, all of Galax, Virginia; sister and brother-in-law Evelyn and Jim Nolan of Phoenix, Arizona, and three special family members of Galax, Virginia.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday March 26, 2019 at Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home from 5:00 PM until 6:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests donations be made to First Baptist Church or the Galax Department of Social Services Foster Care Fund.
