Dorothy Ellen Mallory's Obituary
Dorothy Ellen Lane Mallory age 74 of Fries, Virginia passed away Monday, June 13, 2011 in the Twin County Regional Hospital.
Mrs. Mallory was born on January 12, 1937 in Grayson County, Virginia to Buster and Sarah Haynes Lane. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Harry Ray Mallory.
She is survived by her son Bryan Mallory of Fries, Virginia; grandchildren Kayla Mallory and Kenneth Mallory; two great-grandchildren; sister and brother-in-law Martha and Robert Pearman of Ivanhoe, Virginia; several nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held Thursday, June 16, 2011 at 2:00 PM in the Atkins Memorial United Methodist Church at 2:00 PM with the Rev. Jimmy Linville and Mike Couch officiating. Burial will follow in the Atkins Memorial United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday from one until service time at the Church.
