Dorothy Lee Hall Gardner age 84 of Woodlawn, Virginia passed away Wednesday, April 1, 2015 in the Blue Ridge-Golden Living Center.

Mrs. Gardner was born on July 14, 1930 in Carroll County, Virginia to Kelby Isaac and Ida Mae Coleman Hall. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth Ray Gardner.

She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law Brenda and Eugene Jones; Wanda Kay and Greg Liddle all of Galax, Virginia; son and daughter-in-law Anthony Ray and Lee Ann Gardner of Wytheville, Virginia; sister and brother-in-law Nellie and Glen Zuhlke of Galax, Virginia; brothers and sister-in-law Oscar Hall of Galax, Virginia; Bobby and Frances Hall of Edinburg, Virginia; sister-in-law June Nichols of Woodlawn, Virginia; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; three step-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held Saturday, April 4, 2015 at 11:00 AM in the Woodlawn United Methodist Church with the Rev. Richard Mullan and the Rev. Gloria Lancaster Rhudy officiating. Burial will follow in the Worrell Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday evening from six until eight at the Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
