Dorothy Lou Delp age 76 of Galax, Virginia passed away Friday, October 12, 2018 in the Waddell Nursing and Rehab Center.

Dorothy was born in Virginia on June l, 1942 to Wilmer J. and Ethel Patton Carico.

She is survived by her sister Betty Sue Carrico of Independence, Virginia; brother Charles Curtis Carrico, Sr. of Galax, Virginia; nephews and wife Charles Curtis Carrico, Jr. and Melissa of Galax, Virginia; Thomas Jay Carico of Los Angeles, California; special friend Judy Elliott.

A graveside service will be held Monday, October 15, 2018 at 11:00 AM in the McKenzie Cemetery with Pastor Ernie Smith officiating. There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
